After many years of training & reaching the age of 50 I was ready to give up martial arts training & do somthing else, A friend of mine (Pierre) invited me to join him at a Man Sau Gwoon Wing Chun class to see what I thought. I am very pleased I went, I haven't missed a training night since, that was 12 months ago.
